Our client in the education non-profit segment, was using Dynamics 365 CE platform to manage and engage their students and faculty. However, they experienced challenges because their current legacy event management software had limited capabilities and was not fully integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. In addition, it did not provide support for virtual meetings.

The client contacted Korcomptenz to provide a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of in-person and virtual events, as well as to integrate the D365 Event Management module with contacts and accounts from the client’s existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (MSCRM) application.

We became their partner of choice to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CE Marketing and Event Hub and to integrate the software with Zoom.
We helped them in the configuration and creation of events, promotion, and outreach to potential participants in the organization’s database including event registration and reporting on attendance.
