Our client provides a forum for university leaders to share ideas and address challenges in higher education, support students by providing online information on university study, offering scholarships on behalf of private sector companies, and fostering collaboration among universities and governments, the private sector, communities and international partners to help build a better world.
Our client was currently using an on-premises installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 with SQL Server Reporting Services and a custom event application. They were experiencing challenges with the UI, the number of clicks required to get information, and the divergent event application resulting in additional time required to tackle common tasks, confusion, and challenges with data integrity.

The customer wanted to take advantage of Microsoft’s modern, cloud-based CRM which included features like integrated event management and Power BI.

We assisted them in migrating from CRM 2016 to Microsoft’s latest Dynamics 365 CE cloud-version and in cleaning data, improving user experience, and deploying new marketing and management tools.
