Our client is a Quaker organization that promotes lasting peace with justice, as a practical expression of faith in action. Drawing on continuing spiritual insights and working with people of many backgrounds, they nurture the seeds of change and respect for human life that transform social relations and systems.

They wanted to upgrade from the existing ERP (Solomon) system to the latest cutting-edge D365 BC system, to better support the organizations in future objectives. The client was handling their financial processes by using Microsoft Dynamics Solomon that had no preconfigured financial dimension structure or financial statements.

Everything was usually downloaded and reworked in Excel. They didn’t have an interface with other systems and applications. Also, reporting, dashboards, and tracking of important performance metrics were limited.

Korcomptenz upgraded the client to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central after understanding of the client’s specific needs and expectations. This solution improved their operational processes and boosted efficiency.

Korcomptenz customized advances and accountabilities as well as budget controls in Dynamics 365 Business Central to allow better project expense management. We are also working on a grant management Add-On for the client.
