To realize its vision for a modern digital presence, our client turned to a web development partner with deep knowledge of enterprise implementations—one that could coordinate both business goals and technical specifications. Equally important was discovering an experienced group familiar with presenting cohesive branding in digital media.
The project was initiated with a thorough discovery and analysis phase. This initial step clarified branding and design needs, defined a fresh information architecture, and defined the scope for revised and newly created content. Technically, different plugins and custom solutions were assessed to ensure the future platform would be secure and stable.

Headed by a committed Korcomptenz Project Manager and  Scrum Master, the project was conducted using an agile methodology. The project was implemented in eight sprints, each taking two to three weeks, followed by a dedicated one-month quality assurance and end-user training period before launch. Korcomptenz suggested using the Kentico SaaS platform due to its stable hosting environment and economic infrastructure.

Each sprint ended with internal testing and client demos during retrospectives, and the functionality deployment for user acceptance testing by the client’s business team.
We developed custom features throughout the engagement to align with the client’s business and operational needs.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): The admin portal MFA was enabled, strengthening security for content managers and administrators.
Role-Based Access Control: Content workflows by department were enabled via accurate role assignment, allowing teams to work on just the sections that applied to them.
Secure Forms with reCAPTCHA: Kentico-designed web forms were protected using Google reCAPTCHA, adding a security layer against automated threats.
