Our client is a leading business based in Saudi Arabia and excels in providing innovative solutions for evolving security system needs. Operating mainly within the oil and gas sector, they manage extensive projects for major petroleum and natural gas companies, with a significant focus on network security.

The Challenges

Our client was using SAGE as their ERP system, and faced significant challenges with project accounting, particularly in detailed cost estimation and profit and loss analysis for large-scale projects. SAGE’s limitations in project costing and tracking of material and labor costs led to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility. The system’s manual and Excel-based processes failed to provide accurate data on inventory and labor consumption. To address these issues and streamline procurement and HR processes, the client chose to transition to Microsoft Dynamics, seeking a more robust, enterprise-level solution.
