Entire Korcomptenz family gathered at the picturesque Radisson Blue Temple Bay Resorts in Mahabalipuram for our annual event ASPIRE 2023 that was held on May 06, 2023. Everyone from offices across the globe, and guests, flew in for a day filled with inspiration, learning, and celebration.
The highlight of this year’s event was our leadership summit, where our leaders shared their insights on the latest trends and strategies shaping the future and envisioned a roadmap for success. Attendees had the unique opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and gain valuable knowledge from some of the brightest minds in the business.
Our CEO took the stage to deliver a heartfelt message to all the attendees, emphasizing the importance of the KOR culture: Ownership, Responsiveness, Contagious Curiosity, Farsightedness, and above all Integrity, the Pancha Tattva of the company that have been driving us forward. He also discussed how we need to win in the mind before we can win in the battlefield, a powerful moment that instilled a sense of purpose and motivation.
One of the key highlights of the day was a captivating and uplifting motivational speech by renowned actor and speaker, Ashish Vidyarthi. His words resonated deeply with the audience, leaving them inspired to push beyond their limits and achieve greatness.

After a long gap due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this event provided an opportunity for colleagues to come together and reconnect, some of them meeting for the very first time in-person. From team-building exercises to friendly outdoor activities, there was never a dull moment.
