Our client is a leading global QSR brand and runs 300 stores nationally. When Korcomptenz started the engagement, they were in the process of replacing their legacy ERP with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply chain with another vendor.
They initially chose Korcomptenz to implement a robust data and analytics platform with Azure Synapse and Power BI that would provide the key dashboards required for decision support across various levels of the organization. This initiative also involved integrating into an existing SAP BI and AWS environment in the short term and replacing that environment thereafter.
Based on the success of this initiative, the client also wanted us to take over the support of their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment and stabilize it. In addition, Korcomptenz also tweaked the data architecture to include an Azure BYOD instance for smoother flow of transaction data.
We are now in the process of formulating POCs using
Advanced Analytics (AI and ML) that will include analyzing transaction data to predict customer analytics footfalls, meal choices, in-store staffing plans.
We also provided operational analytics which helped them predict the remaining useful life of equipments in stores.
Our key performance indicators were to take over the smooth transition of support services for the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, value add to the existing implementation by extending and using capabilities of the Azure ecosystem and bringing in additional cutting-edge services leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.
