Forrester believes Microsoft Dynamics 365 is positioned to assist in transforming sales teams to meet the needs of the empowered buyer.  The platform earned the highest score in the “current offering” category and the highest score possible in the vision criteria. This means that your organization can simultaneously increase revenue and return on investment by leveraging these best-in-class applications.

According to the report, “Microsoft is building out its intelligent offerings and unifying its SFA solution with a larger portfolio. The 2016 transition to Dynamics 365 intensified the focus on seller productivity, with deep integrations into Office 365 and Outlook. Microsoft also delivers very strong analytics capabilities, including its machine learning and AI offerings, as well as Power BI.”

Forrester further advises customers to think long term, encouraging them to step into the future and deepen engagement with their prospects and customers.  Microsoft is also thinking ahead:  On July 1, they announced the general availability of their Relationship Sales Solution, which brings together LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to unify the sales experience around buyers.  This new combination makes Dynamics 365 even more attractive to a wider range of organizations, and helps ensure Microsoft will remain ahead of the wave.
