Korcomptenz has carried out massive exercise of reviewing its internal as well as customer facing processes and had stream lined the same to make them more effective. Korcomptenz announced that two renowned professionals in their respective fields, Rana Mukherjee and Ella Suponitskiy have joined the Management Team of Korcomptenz. Rana brings to the table around 25+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations working in large corporations like British Airways, Hindustan Lever, Modi Xerox, Siemens and Reliance Infocomm in leadership roles. With over a decade of experience working with global organizations like Becton Dickinson and Company, Price Waterhouse Coopers and United Retail Group in Managerial and Executive level positions, Ella Suponitskiy brings strong capabilities in the areas of Financial Accounting, Analysis, Budgeting, Reporting and Auditing. Korcomptenz will greatly benefit from the experience and expertise both these individuals will bring to the management of Korcomptenz.

Korcomptenz Inc has set-up a state of the art development center in Mount Arlington, New Jersey to provide software development and maintenance services to customers in North America. This would enable the presence of the Korcomptenz technical teams in the same time zone as North American customers and would lead to rapid development and support services. Korcomptenz also plans to establish training facilities to train resources in some of the latest technologies namely Microsoft .NET and SAP. The establishment of the development center further establishes the commitment and focus Korcomptenz has for its North America Customers and market.

Korcomptenz has kicked of an initiative to have its software development and maintenance process and its Talent Acquisition process to be certified under ISO – 9000. Korcomptenz is taking the help of experienced service providers to bench mark its processes as per industry standards and also to rationalize and streamline the same. Korcomptenz will be employing the services of BVQI as the auditors for the final certification audit. It is expected that the certification will be achieved by the end of October 2007.

In its quest to become a global organization, Korcomptenz is planning to enter into the European market to offer its services to some of the customers it has services in India and USA. As a first step, Korcomptenz is establishing its presence in London , UK to study the market and decide on the areas it would like to operate in the UK and European markets.
