She is the Founder of JPS Advantage Inc which is a niche area of providing Fund administration and advisory services as well as Corporate financial services.

She is a Certified Public Account (CPA) with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pace University, New York. She has been part of the faculty for Becton, Dickinson and Company University and has facilitated a 3 course program "Managing for Performance Excellence".

Ella Suponitskiy will guide and advise Korcomptenz in its forays in the Business Process Operations and Knowledge Process Operations globally. Her background and experience in all areas of Financial Accounting and Financial Processes of organizations will help in strategizing various solutions which will be beneficial for the customer.
